Daniel Craig
Born 1968 in Chester, England, is the latest actor to play James
Bond. He moved to London when he was 16, trained at the National
Youth Theatre and graduated from the Guildhall School of Music
and Drama in the 1990s. His film debut was in 1992. He lives in
London with German actress Heike Makatsch.
Recently, Craig
signed a contract for four more 007 outings following Casino
Royale, which would take him up to Bond 25.

Quantom Of Solace continues where Casino Royale ended - Bond is
determined to find out the truth about Vesper's betrayal and finds
that the organization which blackmailed Vesper is more powerful
than was expected.
In Haiti, Bond meets (new Bond Girl) Camille (Olga Kurylenko,
an Ukrainian model and actress) who leads him to Dominic Greene
(Mathieu Amalric), business man and part of the mysterious Quantum organization.
Greene is conspiring with this organization, the British Government,
the CIA and exiled General Medrano (Joaquin Cosio) , to overthrow
the regime of a South American country and installing the General
as the new leader of this country in exchange for some seemingly
worthless land - where in fact a valuable resource is located.
Bond travels to Austria, Italy and South America in his quest
to find the truth behind Vesper's betrayal and to stop Greene and
his organization.
